Come and Take a Tour of The Shed

         We  love to share our knowledge of the artifacts in our museum with anyone who wants to listen.  If you would like a tour just come during business hours or anytime that you see the garage door open.  You can call us if you want a tour for a group at 814-757-4443. 

        Scandia Road is a great road to travel if you want an adventure.  You can visit the Elk Township Historical Society, which has made the former Scandia School into a museum with a restored one-room school and a rural life room.  It is open the second Saturday of the month May-October or by calling 814-757-4546 or 814-757-8701.  Right across the road from THE SHED is  Olmstead Boy Scout Camp.  If you play golf you might want to stop at Blueberry Hill Golf Club which is further north.   You can find a great camping experience at  Red Oak Campground or Deep Woods Vacation Rentals.  Boaters and fishermen will want to visit Webb's Ferry Boat Launch located on Sandia Road near the New York border.
